Acrisure is seeking a Payroll Support Associate to maintain a base of payroll clients and deliver exceptional service by phone and email. You will collect payroll data, perform accurate data entry, and support clients with reports and issues.

The role emphasizes meeting deadlines, learning payroll software, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a positive customer experience at an on-site location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills via phone and email.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, professional, and proactive.
• Proficient in Google Suite and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain base of payroll clients and provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
• Interact with clients to obtain payroll data and accurately enter data for processing.
• Meet deadlines and respond quickly to inquiries during high-volume periods.
• Learn and maintain working knowledge of payroll software and other products.
• Assist clients with reports, problems, or other issues.
• Reach out to clients regarding new products and services.
• Develop relationships with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
