Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience can substitute.
• CPP certification preferred.
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation.
• Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Client service and deliverables: ensure payroll data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and process payrolls timely to meet client deadlines; update records, calculate bonuses or severance.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, and employer contributions for social security and unemployment.
• Establish strong client relationships and maintain confidentiality of data.
• Provide technical software support to clients and identify out-of-scope work.
• Support implementation teams and train clients on payroll processes.
• Help develop team knowledge and performance by sharing insights.
