The Skagit Casino Resort is seeking a Payroll Assistant to join our team. This full-time position focuses on accurate timekeeping, payroll processing, and maintaining payroll records while providing responsive support to our team members.

You will handle time logs, verify attendance data, balance daily, weekly, and bi-weekly records, and assist with payroll system updates and backup duties for the Payroll Department.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum three years’ experience in a similar payroll role at a comparable operation.
• Two years of experience with payroll dataset systems at a comparably sized operation.
• Two years of experience with time and attendance clocks at a comparable operation.

Responsabilités

• Prepares and distributes departmental time logs.
• Receives, balances, and verifies time and attendance data daily, weekly, and bi-weekly.
• Ensures supporting documentation is provided as required and investigates discrepancies.
• Maintains accurate payroll records and supports payroll processes as needed.
