Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum three years experience in a similar role at a comparable operation.
• Two years experience with payroll dataset systems at a similar sized operation.
• Two years experience with time and attendance clocks at a comparable operation.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in data entry, spreadsheets, and basic math.
• Able to handle confidential payroll information with discretion.
• Professional communication and guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and distributes departmental time logs.
• Balances and verifies time and attendance data daily, weekly, and bi-weekly.
• Investigates discrepancies and maintains documentation for audits.
• Updates payroll system for new hires and changes.
• Creates and maintains spreadsheets for balancing and tracking.
• Processes wage verifications with releases where required.
• Prepares paychecks for distribution and files records for audits.
• Responds to employee questions and supports payroll processes.
