Job summary

Katz Jewish Community Center seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage bi-weekly payrolls for regular staff and seasonal Medford Camp staff, using ADP Workforce Now and Excel. You will reconcile timesheets, resolve discrepancies, and deliver accurate payroll registers to management before deadlines.

The role requires high school graduation and 3+ years payroll experience, with preference for those familiar with salaried and hourly staff and seasonal cycles.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with salaried and hourly staff preferred.
• Experience with seasonal or high-volume payroll cycles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bi-weekly payroll year-round for regular staff using ADP WF N Time & Attendance.
• Process Medford Camp seasonal payroll and ensure data from Google Sheets or CampMinder is reconciled.
• Import data into ADP WFN via CSV templates and resolve rate discrepancies with camp managers.
• Provide payroll registers to Executive Director or Camp Director for approval.
• Ensure payroll is accurate and ready to be processed by 2:00 PM on pay dates.
