Job summary

Talentify is seeking a payroll and office management professional to oversee accurate payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and administrative tasks. The role requires coordinating bi-weekly payroll with tax deposits, pension contributions, and regulatory filings, while providing strong communication and organizational skills.

The candidate will assist project managers with permits and purchase orders, while maintaining meticulous records and supporting accounts receivable activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years or less experience or Associate degree with 3+ years of experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years payroll experience preferred
• Experience with payroll software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Payroll: accurate computation of wages and deductions; bi-weekly payroll processing and tax deposits; pension deposits and reconciliations; quarterly/annual payroll reports; garnishments and payroll taxes; manage payroll services; problem-solving and communication.
• Office Management Assistance: enroll/dis-enroll employees in benefits; answer phones; accounts receivable support; assist project managers with permits, purchase orders and related tasks
