Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll and HR experience for 500–1000 employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Dependable and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and group presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Process daily and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple payroll systems.
• Prepare, review, and reconcile payroll in partnership with the Payroll Manager.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records including new hires and rate changes.
• Administer and maintain ADP Workforce Now timekeeping system.
• Review, audit, and validate timecards for policy and pay-rule compliance.
• Troubleshoot timekeeping discrepancies such as missed punches and schedule issues.
• Obtain supervisory approvals for timecard corrections as required.
• Run, analyze, and validate payroll and timekeeping reports.
