Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience processing payroll for employees including validation and reconciliation of time.
• Experience reviewing time and attendance according to wage and hour laws (e.g., Fair Labor Standards Act).
• Proficiency with payroll/HCM software to maintain accurate records and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and collaborates with department heads, employees, and vendors; responds to inquiries and disseminates information.
• Facilitates the new hire process, maintains employee records, and updates HRIS data.
• Maintains payroll records, processes deductions, and ensures compliance with tax and benefits regulations.
