Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices, payrolls, and preliminary month-end general ledger entry.
• Maintain professional interactions with clients and team members; escalate concerns to supervisor.
• Familiarize with BCG Chart of Accounts and Wellsky payroll codes.
• Assist with other projects and duties as assigned by Expense Cycle Supervisors.
• Multi-task between departments.
• Cross-train with other Accounts Payable and Payroll Representatives.
