You will manage daily workflow, staff supervision, and payroll system optimization while handling updates for hires, terminations, and pay changes.

The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office and payroll software, and 3–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of payroll processing, taxes, and benefits.
• 3–5 years of related experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Proficient with payroll software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily payroll workflow and ensures timely processing.
• Maintains and reviews payroll systems for accuracy
• Processes updates for hires, terminations, and pay rate changes
• Prepares records and reports of payroll transactions
• Ensures compliance with payroll laws at all levels
• Facilitates audits by providing required documentation
• Identifies updates to payroll software and procedures
• Manages confidential employee information and payroll inquiries
• Performs other duties as assigned
