Qualifications

• Experience supporting payroll processing and data entry for payroll systems.
• Familiarity with ADP Wisely Pay or similar payroll platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage incoming emails and payroll inquiries.
• Review time sheets and related paperwork for accuracy.
• Process terminations and final payments per state guidelines.
• Process new hires and payroll changes accurately and timely.
• Enroll employees in ADP Wisely Pay and resolve related issues.
• Assist in off-cycle payments and adjustments.
• Audit preview payroll reports and maintain employee files.
• Handle garnishments and court-ordered withholdings using payroll software.
• Create, run, and upload payroll reports as needed.
• Respond to verifications of employment per policy.
• Communicate with management across US locations.
• Support internal/external payroll audits and special projects.
• Assist employees with payroll inquiries via phone and email.
