Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly computer literate with MS Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with internal Payroll/HR inquiries or requests.
• Prepare responses to government notices regarding employee tax filings.
• Ensure payroll transactions comply with policies.
• Track regular and overtime pay; factor bonuses into salary.
• Compute and process tax withholdings, deductions, and employee contributions.
• Screen time inputs for accuracy and fix errors.
• Monitor reports and reconcile payroll records.
• Process payroll adjustments for time off.
• Generate accrual entries as needed.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain knowledge of payroll rules and laws.
• Assist with training Payroll Clerks.
