Qualifications

• Associate Degree and three (3) years of payroll or related accounting experience.
• Experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Reviews payroll data for accuracy and enters payroll transactions into the accounting system.
• Reviews and reconciles payroll records and corrects errors.
• Analyzes reports and reconciles health insurance, retirement and other benefit data.
• Processes third-party requests involving wages, garnishments, tax levies and child support.
• Acts as primary contact with ADP for tax remittance and reporting.
