Stivers Staffing Services is hiring a Payroll Specialist for the Mayfield Heights, OH area. This full-time, on-site role supports clients across multiple states by delivering accurate payroll processing and timely compliance.

You will review timesheets, earnings, deductions, and tax information, apply federal/state/local requirements, and maintain employee records. Strong ADP/Paychex experience and Excel proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; accounting studies are a plus.
• 4+ years of high-volume payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, regulations, and compliance.
• Experience ensuring accuracy across multi-state payrolls.
