Job summary

CFS in Wisconsin is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join the finance team. You will process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff, manage deductions, garnishments, and ensure multi-state compliance in a hybrid work environment with one remote day per week.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of payroll processing experience, an associate's or bachelor's degree, and ability to collaborate across HR, benefits, and accounting. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience preferred.
• Multi-state payroll experience is a plus.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Administer payroll deductions, garnishments, and related transactions.
• Review and validate payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support payroll operations for employees located in multiple states.
• Cross-train across multiple payroll functions and business units.
