Assistant Vice President, Accounting & Finance Recruitment at Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC

Our client, a global Aerospace company, is hiring a temporary Payroll Specialist to join their team remotely. Candidates must be able to work EST hours. This position is temporary with the potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs.

Job Duties Include:

1. Reconcile timesheets to confirm that recorded hours match scheduled work hours and approved time off.
2. Maintain employee records by updating ADP with garnishments, liens, deductions, etc.
3. Monitor the payroll inbox/ticketing system and respond promptly.
4. Input data for payroll processing and run timekeeping integrations.
5. Calculate miscellaneous payments for manual checks, out-of-cycle payrolls, or final pay.
6. Generate reports to support enterprise functions.
7. Provide customer service support as needed.
8. Collaborate to improve ADP People Systems.
9. Identify and recommend team improvements.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of progressive payroll experience, preferably in Aerospace, Defense, or Government Contract industries.
• 1+ years of experience with ADP WorkForce Now and/or WorkForce Management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address data integrity issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a time-sensitive environment.
• Effective collaboration across teams.
