Responsibilities

• Process and submit weekly payrolls in a timely and efficient manner.
• Review daily employee maintenance to ensure payroll system accuracy.
• Maintain benefits items (PTO, Insurance, 401K, etc.) in payroll system.
• Prepare payroll reports.
• Calculate retro pay including shift differentials.
• Verify wage garnishments and other court-ordered payments promptly.
• Communicate issues and resolutions to team members.
• Handle employment verification requests.
• Provide excellent customer service via calls and emails.

Qualifications

• Excel Software Experience Preferred.
• Ultimate Software experience not required but preferred.
• Professional speaking voice as well as exceptional communication skills are required.
• Must have attention to detail.
• Must be able to review daily tasks and set priorities in order to operate efficiently and accurately.
