Job summary

CFS is seeking a payroll professional in South Bend, IN to manage payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will maintain records, assist with tax filings, and address employee inquiries, working closely with HR and accounting to resolve issues.

This onsite role offers growth and cross-training opportunities. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in payroll or accounting support, a relevant degree, and strong Excel skills to support month-end and year-end

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in payroll processing or accounting support.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and tax regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
