You will collect and review weekly time records, enter hours into our payroll system, and maintain confidential records in line with federal, state, and local requirements. You will also support tax setups, garnishments, and final pay processing while upholding strict accuracy and attention to detail in a dynamic office environment.

PurposeFollowing company policy and adhering to Federal, State and Local laws/regulations, Payroll Specialists ensure employees’ pay is processed timely and correctly. This role handles collecting, reviewing, and entering employees’ hours each week.
