This person will be responsible for leading payroll which will include salaries, bonuses, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will come with at least eight years of prior payroll experience at a reputable hedge fund, and strong working knowledge of ADP.

Responsibilities Include:

• Executing payroll while complying with tax law, labor regulations, and statutory filing requirements
• Processing payment structures including bonuses and salary
• Oversight and administration of the firm's 401(k) plan, including employer contribution matching

Requirements:

• At least eight years of Payroll experience for an established asset management firm
• Advanced technical capabilities and previous experience in processing payroll in ADP
