We are working on a Payroll Specialist position for a regional manufacturing company in the Appleton area. This position will have high level exposure and have the potential to move up the ladder quickly as the company continues to grow!

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the weekly union payroll
• Participating in payroll audits and reconciling payroll accounts
• Reconcile and approve payment of union health care and union dues invoices
• Working with payroll software and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Responsible for the accuracy of all year-end payroll requirements
• Assist with management of employee benefit plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of payroll experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
