CFS in Fishers, IN is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage accurate, timely payroll processing for our employees. This fully onsite role partners with HR and Finance to maintain payroll data within HRIS systems and ensure compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will bring high-volume payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent cross-functional communication to improve processes and support audits.

• Process accurate and timely payroll for employees.

• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Generate payroll reports and support audits as needed.
