Qualifications

• Previous payroll processing experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong HRIS experience and proficiency with payroll systems.
• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely payroll for employees.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity within HRIS systems.
• Review payroll changes including new hires, terminations, benefits, and deductions.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Generate payroll reports and support audits as needed.
