• Maintain and document all payroll records.
• Conduct semi‑annual audits of all payroll records.
• Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
• Reconcile general ledger with regard to payroll transactions.
• Detect and process issues related to uncollected payroll.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns.

Title: Sr. Payroll Specialist

Duration: 10 Months Contract + Possibility of Extension/FTE

Location: Des Peres, MO

Pay Rate: $43.00 - $46.92 hourly

Duties: As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of employee wages and benefits, including calculating hours worked, withholding taxes, and managing deductions.

Your role will also be a crucial role in compliance with payroll regulations and providing support to employees with payroll‑related inquiries.
