Job summary

Evara Health is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage biweekly payroll processing, ensure timecard accuracy, and support HR with benefits reconciliation. Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Two-year degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or Workday Payroll System preferred.
  • Strong ability to compile and organize data to create clear reports.

Responsibilities

  • Process biweekly payroll accurately and complete timecard close.
  • Review timecards for accuracy and answer questions from employees and supervisors.
  • Submit payroll for review prior to final submission to Controller.
  • Reconcile monthly benefit statements with HR and resolve discrepancies.
  • Review timecards at least twice weekly and communicate errors to timecard supervisors.
  • Conduct orientation and training for new hires and timecard supervisors.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state, federal, and accreditation rules and policies.

STANDARD RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Processes payroll on a biweekly basis including the following:
    • Review timecards for accuracy and completes the close out of all timecards
    • Answers questions on timecard entry from employees and supervisors
    • Submits payroll for review prior to final submission to Controller
    • Reconciles monthly benefit statements and works with HR staff to resolve discrepancies
  • Check’s timecards at least twice weekly to ensure accuracy and communicate errors with employees and timecard supervisors
  • Orientation and training presentation to new hires and time card supervisors
  • Demonstrates knowledge of and compliance with regulatory agencies and established organizational policies and procedures, including strict adherence to all Evara Health, HIPAA, State, Federal and accreditation agency rules and regulations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
