You will present payroll solutions, close deals, and expand the client base across the Newtek portfolio.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has 6+ months B2B payroll sales, and demonstrates strong persuasion and closing abilities while leveraging cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related B2B payroll sales or similar experience.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume, inbound referral-based sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with existing clients to grow the clientele.
• Prepare client proposals using pricing within guidelines.
• Manage inbound payroll referrals with a consultative, sales-first approach.
• Close payroll solutions and own the sales process from initial contact to close.
