Our client is a growing payroll company located in Lake Zurich and is seeking a detail oriented and organized Customer Service/Payroll Representative to work part-time 15-20 hours per week with additional time required at month, quarter and year end in a fast-paced environment.

We specialize in processing payrolls for small to medium sized businesses.

This is an on-site position, due to the sensitive nature of our work, no remote work is allowed.

Responsibilities

include

• Set-up, process and review clientpayrolls.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reports.
• Respond to client inquiries.
• Manage inventory and administrative projects for the office.

Additional working hours are expected at the start and end of each quarter, especially December and January.
