Job summary

Transdev North America, Inc. in Arcadia, CA is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support the General Manager with daily payroll functions and to ensure accurate payroll processing for drivers and staff.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be dependable, and adhere to safety protocols while handling confidential payroll information. This is a non-CBA position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy including 10 Key, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Process new employee files and records and submit to the General Manager for approval; submit paperwork to regional accounting office.
• Calculate and input driver and staff payroll into the system for processing.
• Track attendance for part-time employees.
• Responsible for fare reconciliation and deposits.
• Assist General Manager in tracking overtime to reduce punch hours.
• Other duties as required.
