Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a payroll-focused professional in Nashville to support payroll readiness and accurate timekeeping across assigned units. You will review time entries, resolve discrepancies, and act as the main local resource for payroll inquiries, coordinating with Shared Services and People Practices to ensure compliant processing.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in payroll or timekeeping, a CPP certification preferred, and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review timekeeping entries for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist payroll readiness and ensure compliant payroll processing.
• Serve as a primary local resource for payroll inquiries and timekeeping guidance.
• Coordinate payroll corrections with Shared Services Payroll and People Practices.
• Support onboarding/offboarding activities related to payroll and timekeeping.
