Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Payroll Systems Solutions & Process Excellence leader to drive production readiness, governance, and improvements across US/Canada payroll operations. You will partner with Payroll Ops, Payroll Tax, and HR Tech to ensure smooth delivery of payroll initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in process improvement and business analysis, strong stakeholder management, and experience with ADP platforms and Workday HCM.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience developing, supporting, and scaling Payroll systems such as ADP GlobalView, eTime, Workforce Manager.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Operations, or related systems-enabled functions.
• Experience developing business requirements, process maps, SOPs, workflows, functional specifications, and governance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary production lead for payroll systems-related operational issues and readiness activities.
• Lead discovery sessions, gather requirements, analyze processes, and design operational solutions.
• Create and maintain BRDs, functional specs, SOPs, process maps, and training materials.
