Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
• Experience with Oracle HCM pay and time platforms.

• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment across teams.
• Strong problem solving, judgement and decision-making skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical skills (root cause analysis).

• Plays a key role in continued innovation for payroll and Oracle HCM cloud application and related suites.
• Works with diverse stakeholders to execute the ongoing technology strategy for Global HR.
• Ensures continuity and sustainment of the Oracle HCM cloud solution for accuracy and end-to-end experience for 260K+ employees globally.
