Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Columbus, OH seeks a Product Delivery Associate within Portfolio Strategy and Automation to enable timely releases of products by removing blockers and coordinating across teams.

You will work with QA, development, and product stakeholders to translate requirements into test cases, build automated tests using Selenium WebDriver with Java and Cucumber, and contribute to scalable automation frameworks while delivering high-quality releases.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area.
3 + years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on test automation.
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver with Java and Cucumber.
Proficiency in Java for automation, including experience with unit testing frameworks (such as TestNG or JUnit).
Experience with build tools used for Java automation (such as Maven or Gradle).
Experience using defect tracking tools (such as Jira).
Experience using automation pipeline tools (such as Jenkins or GitLab).

Responsibilities

Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies.
Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability.
Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines.
Design and maintain automated test scripts for complex applications using Selenium WebDriver with Java and Cucumber.
Improve and optimize existing Java-based automation frameworks to increase scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
Translate requirements into reusable test cases and Cucumber feature files for user interface and service-level testing.
Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and drive defect triage, tracking, and closure.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and testing teammates to deliver high-quality releases.
Review automation code and framework updates and provide clear, constructive feedback.
Integrate automated tests into continuous integration and delivery pipelines to support repeatable, reliable releases.
