Jobot is seeking a Payroll Processor for USA & Canada with 3+ years of multi-state and Canadian payroll experience. This position is 100% remote and offers weekly payroll processing, with generous health benefits and a collaborative payroll team.

You will handle weekly payroll, union rules, new hire processing, tax withholdings, and reporting across North American locations. Experience with ADP Enterprise and Kronos preferred.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience (both multi state and Canadian Payroll).
• Union payroll experience strongly preferred.
• ADP Enterprise and time and attendance experience (TimeTrak, Kronos or similar) preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process weekly payroll in the HRIS, including hours, commissions, bonuses, incentives and route sales rep pay. Both in USA and Canada
• Interpret and apply union agreement rules for pay, overtime, vacation and holidays
• Manage new hire paperwork, work eligibility checks and pre-employment results
• Enter new hires and changes to pay, status, location and position into the HRIS and timekeeping systems
• Set up and maintain employee tax withholdings
• Respond to compliance requests, including unemployment claims, contract details and audits
• Run and analyze reports, and communicate the results to management
• Build processes that keep paperwork moving smoothly across locations

Job Details

What you'll do:
