MAHAN is a boutique firm of 20 employees serving healthcare providers with payroll, tax, and advisory services from Nashville. This on-site role handles multi-state payroll and benefits for healthcare clients.

Based in Nashville, TN, you will process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll, prepare quarterly payroll taxes, and support client inquiries. A hybrid option becomes available after 90 days, but the role remains primarily on-site.

Seeking an experienced full-time, on-site multi-state Payroll Processor/Payroll Tax Preparer in Nashville, TN.

The Position:

• Bi-weekly/Semi-monthly payroll & benefits processing for healthcare providers in multiple states.
• Quarterly payroll tax preparation (941/SUTA/State withholding).
• W-2 preparation.
• Client and Employee inquiry resolution.

Location & Work Eligibility:

• Position on site and based in Nashville, TN.
• Must currently reside in the Middle Tennessee area or be able to reliably commute.
• U.S. work authorization required.
• No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance available.
• Hybrid work-from-home eligibility available after 90 days (not fully remote).
