MAHAN is seeking an experienced full-time, on-site Payroll Processor/Payroll Tax Preparer in Nashville, TN. You will handle bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll and benefits for multiple states, and prepare quarterly payroll taxes, W-2s, and respond to client and employee inquiries. The role requires U.S.

Seeking an experienced full-time, on-site multi-state Payroll Processor/Payroll Tax Preparer in Nashville, TN.

The Position

• Bi-weekly/Semi-monthly payroll & benefits processing for healthcare providers in multiple states.
• Quarterly payroll tax preparation (941/SUTA/State withholding).
• W-2 preparation.
• Client and Employee inquiry resolution.

Location & Work Eligibility

• Position on site and based in Nashville, TN.
• Must currently reside in the Middle Tennessee area or be able to reliably commute.
• U.S. work authorization required.
• No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance available.
• Hybrid work-from-home eligibility available after 90 days (not fully remote).
