• Oversee complex, multi-state payroll operations for ~2,800 employees
• Manage payroll groups across weekly and semi-monthly cycles
• Support union payrolls and transition projects (ADP to SAP ECP)

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing for ~2,800 employees across 30 groups
• Ensure accurate weekly and semi-monthly payroll processing
• Support multi-state payrolls (CA, PA, etc.) and union populations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Assist with payroll tax filings, reconciliations, audits, and compliance
• Participate in transition from ADP Workforce Now to SAP ECP
• Provide detailed payroll reporting and data analysis in Excel
• Support timekeeping processes; UKG experience a plus
