Responsibilities

• Administers payroll practices to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Processes payroll using time-keeping systems and prepares reporting.
• Trains employees and managers in the use of automated time-keeping systems.
• Completes all phases of payroll processing and prepares reports (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual).
• May fill in for supervisor as needed.
• Assists staff with payroll data, issues, and information requests.
• Researches payroll discrepancies and processes corrections.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
