Job summary

Blentech Corporation is seeking a Payroll Processing Clerk II to execute multi-state payroll in UKG Ready and support daily administrative duties. The role emphasizes data accuracy, routine payroll cycles, and team coordination within a manufacturing setting.

Under HR supervision, you will handle time-tracking, payroll reports, and employee inquiries while assisting with onboarding and culture events. This is a hands-on, non-management position focused on reliable execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; AA or Payroll Certificate a plus.
• 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience for 100+ employees in multiple states.
• Direct experience using UKG HRIS to process payroll; PEO and international payroll exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process regular multi-state payroll for 100+ employees in UKG HRIS.
• Audit daily/weekly timecards, track PTO and overtime.
• Maintain employee records, deductions and tax docs; generate payroll reports.
• Serve as primary payroll contact for internal staff.
