Job summary

Blentech Corporation is seeking a Payroll Processing Clerk II to manage multi-state payroll runs in UKG Ready. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, routine time-tracking processing, and supporting administrative tasks within a manufacturing environment.

You will report to the HR Supervisor and handle employee payroll questions while coordinating culture events and onboarding documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing for 100+ employees across multiple states.
• Experience using UKG HRIS for payroll processing.
• Exposure to Employer of Record (EOR) international payroll tools is a plus.
• Strong numerical accuracy and MS Office/Google Workspace skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyse, correct and process regular multi-state payroll for 100+ employees using the UKG HRIS platform.
• Perform daily/weekly timecard auditing, tracking missed punches, PTO, and overtime usage.
• Maintain accurate employee records in UKG, deductions, and tax documentation (W-2s, W-4s).
• Generate standard payroll output reports for the accounting department after each pay run.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff to answer payroll and time-tracking questions.
