Job summary

Blentech Corporation is seeking a Payroll Associate II to join our Human Resources team in Santa Rosa, CA. You will execute day-to-day payroll processing, maintain the UKG HRIS database, and support HR leadership with employee recognition and administrative projects.

You will handle data entry, time-tracking, W-2 processing, and serve as the go-to contact for payroll inquiries, while ensuring compliance and accuracy for over 100 employees across multiple states.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; AA degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 3 years of dedicated payroll processing experience managing payroll for an organization with over 100 employees.
• Multi-state payroll experience required; international payroll via EOR a plus.
• 1 year of experience operating within the UKG HRIS platform; PEO model experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run multi-state payroll for 100+ employees.
• Manage data entry for employee profiles, timecards, and W-2 documentation.
• Serve as primary payroll contact for internal inquiries and HR collaboration.
• Provide reports to Accounting and assist with compensation analysis using Salary.com.
