Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s degree or two years of college completed.
• Two years of accounting, bookkeeping or closely related experience preferred.
• Experience with payroll processes and internal controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process the bi-weekly employee payroll accurately and on time.
• Verify timesheets and IC-214 forms for policy compliance.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees.
• Prepare payroll reports for audits and internal reviews.
• Update payroll software with employee information and changes.
• Assist with payroll tax filings and W-2 processing.
• Maintain organized payroll records and documentation.
