Job summary

Webco Industries, Inc. is seeking a detail-driven Payroll Coordinator to manage weekly and biweekly payroll, handle changes for hires and terminations, and ensure accurate deductions and compliance.

You will work closely with supervisors and HR to keep payroll processes efficient and accurate. The role requires 1+ years of payroll processing experience, familiarity with payroll systems, and strong communication skills in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration (or related field) preferred.
• 1+ years of payroll processing experience required.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
• Background in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owning payroll operations – weekly and biweekly payroll, changes for hires, transfers, terminations, leaves of absence.
• Explain paychecks and resolve payroll issues with strong customer service.
• Calculate and post taxes, benefits, and voluntary deductions.
• Maintain confidential files and employment verifications; ensure policy compliance.
• Communicate payroll updates and audit results to supervisors and HR partners.
• Support HR projects and provide administrative support across the department.
