Job summary

ECM Holding Group, Inc. is seeking a Payroll & Operations Administrator to manage all aspects of payroll and provide administrative support to the Operations team in Oshkosh, WI. The role emphasizes accurate payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and efficient project scheduling assistance.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, supporting field and office payroll needs with confidentiality and precision.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail, organization, time management, and strong communication skills are necessary for success.
• 2+ years of payroll experience preferred.
• Experience with ADP is preferred.
• Experience with multi-state payroll is preferred.
• Experience with Certified Payroll, Davis-Bacon, and prevailing wage requirements preferred.
• Experience supporting operations, project scheduling, or administrative functions is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly field payroll and biweekly office payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records and file quarterly reports for various jurisdictions.
• Assist with payroll audits and compliance reporting.
• Support project scheduling and workforce allocation, and maintain labor tracking and reporting.
• Track employee certifications, licenses, and training records to ensure workforce readiness.
