Must be extremely well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a team of diverse people. Must work with a sense of urgency and responsiveness.

You’ll work across multiple client environments, supporting nonprofit and for-profit partners who rely on our company to manage people operations with precision and care.

What You’ll Do
Payroll & Compliance
  • Process bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll across multiple client groups using payroll/HRIS platforms
  • Review and process commissions, stipends, bonuses, and reimbursements
  • Audit payroll and employee data to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Support multi-state payroll compliance and time-tracking administration
  • Generate payroll, compliance, and audit reports for internal and client use
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently
  • Support benefits reconciliation and 401(k) funding
  • Document internal controls and contribute to continuous process improvement
  • Leverage systems and automation to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scale
HR Administration (EOR Focus)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding for EOR employees and workforce participants
  • Administer benefits changes and employee records across systems
  • Support ACA and compliance reporting
  • Manage unemployment and worker’s compensation claims and employment verifications
  • Respond to employee and client HR inquiries with professionalism and discretion
Workforce & Client Support
  • Support client hiring processes, including background screenings and onboarding
  • Assist with onboarding orientation and compliance education
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience

  • Experience using payroll and HRIS platforms (ADP or other platforms)
  • Working knowledge of payroll compliance; multi-state experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client environments
  • Comfort working with systems, data, and process documentation
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
