Doubtless North America is hiring a Payroll Support Specialist to bolster our Payroll team across the organization. You will assist with documentation, reporting, and processing tasks, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, data integrity, and customer-focused service as you support employees and business partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or coursework in Accounting, Business, HR, Finance preferred.
• 0–2 years payroll, admin support, customer service, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain payroll documentation, processing workpapers and audit files.
• Prepare payroll templates, reporting tools, and trackers.
• Review employee payroll information for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
• Conduct routine timecard and payroll audits and document exceptions.
• Generate recurring payroll reports and dashboards.
• Support payroll inquiries and route service requests.
