Niural AI is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Operations Specialist to handle payroll processing and support for our clients. The role focuses on ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance, collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of payroll experience, a strong understanding of payroll operations, and excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of payroll operations experience, preferably in a PEO or payroll provider.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, payroll taxes, deductions, and wage compliance.
• Ability to investigate payroll discrepancies and document findings.

Responsibilities

• Process and support payrolls for PEO and payroll clients.
• Review and audit payroll data for accuracy.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies related to pay and deductions.
