We're seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll Leader to manage and coordinate with our outsourced payroll provider. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing through our external partner, maintaining employee data integrity, and providing strategic insights through data analysis.
The role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Generate and analyze payroll to provide insights and support decision‑making. Present findings to senior management.
Liaise with outsourced payroll vendor to ensure service level agreements are met. Evaluate vendor performance and provide support during contract negotiations.
Provide support to plants, HR team and employees regarding payroll inquiries. Conduct training sessions to educate employees on system usage.
Lead HR projects related to payroll, including system implementations and upgrades.
This is an onsite position located out of Hartsville, SC or Charlotte, NC (South End) office.
