Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of payroll management and 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with Workday Payroll and ADP SmartCompliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee biweekly and semi-monthly payroll processing and transmissions.
• Manage relationships with ADP SmartCompliance and other providers.
• Review payroll reports, adjustments, filings, and reconciliations for accuracy.
• Supervise payroll staff and approve payroll activities.
• Partner with HR on payroll and benefits-related matters.
• Support audits, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
