Job summary

The role leads payroll staff, improves data integrity in PeopleSoft HCM/Finance, handles tax reporting, and provides guidance on payroll procedures and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 5+ years payroll processing or accounting.
• Or 9 years of an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in managing monthly, semi-monthly and off-cycle payrolls.
• Oversee payroll compliance activities, including tax reporting and reconciliations.
• Manage payroll/timekeeping systems, records, and data integrity.
• Review and approve payroll adjustments and resolve payroll issues with departments.
• Provide guidance on payroll policies and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise, train, develop, and evaluate payroll staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
