Job summary

You will align Workday HCM and UKG Workforce Management, design future‑state processes, and establish controls for a scalable, auditable payroll platform.

You will work closely with HR, IT, and finance, translating requirements into system design, testing, reconciliation, and go‑live readiness, then lead the team

Qualifications

• Expertise implementing Workday HCM and UKG in a complex academic medical center.
• Experience integrating UKG and Workday and handling payroll for faculty, residents, hourly staff.
• Strong payroll controls, reconciliation, and audit capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead stand-up of the new payroll function and operating model.
• Define future-state payroll workflows across input, approvals, validation, and close.
• Ensure integration between UKG and Workday supports the complex workforce.
